This training module, the last of 7 sales training modules looks at how to effectively and clearly communicate within the business and to your clients.  This particular module has a humorous exercise that really hits the point home.

This module is designed to be delivered in one hour, for up to 10 staff, ensuring they get the development they need whilst minimally impacting, time wise, on your business.
