This training module, the last of 8 management training modules explaining the most effective ways of communicating in a training environment to your staff. This module looks closely at the tools available and how a combination of delivery methods can be very effective.
This module is designed to be delivered in one hour, for up to 5 staff ensuring they get the development they need whilst minimally impacting, time wise, on your business. Following the training there is an assignment to be completed during work hours in a time frame agreed between you and your trainer.
