This training module, the seventh of 8 management training modules explains a process that you should always initiate when problems arise.  It will cover off the principals of problems solving and give you some tools to implement in your work place ready for any future problems that may arise.

This module is designed to be delivered in one hour, for up to 5 staff ensuring they get the development they need whilst minimally impacting, time wise, on your business.  Following the training there is an assignment to be completed during work hours in a time frame agreed between you and your trainer.
