If you or any of your management team have found yourself saying anything like the above statements this management training module may be just what you need to help pick your employees up and inject some enthusiasm back into the workplace.
This training module, the fifth of 8 management training modules that looks into what makes people tick, what makes them get out of bed in the morning. Taking that knowledge the module then looks at ways that you can incorporate some of this knowledge into your own business.
This module is designed to be delivered in one hour, for up to 5 staff ensuring they get the development they need whilst minimally impacting, time wise, on your business. Following the training there is an assignment to be completed during work hours in a time frame agreed between you and your trainer.
