Management Styles
“I get comments that I am too laid back as a manager, yet I still get called bossy, I can’t win, now I’m completely confused as to how I should conduct myself when dealing with the staff!!”
“I have heard comments that the staff think I cannot make decision, but I like to empower the staff to think for themselves, is this wrong?”
If you or any of your management team have found yourself saying anything like the above statements this management training module may be just what you need to manage each situation that arises, appropriately.
