This training module, the fourth of 8 management training modules addresses the challenges of first, identifying who is capable of doing the job required. Second, understanding the consequences of giving a staff member that extra job to do.
This module is designed to be delivered in one hour, ensuring your staff get the development they need whilst minimally impacting, time wise, on your business. Following the training there is an assignment to be completed during work hours in a time frame agreed between you and your trainer.
