Why hire the services of a business development specialist? What do they do? Nobody knows my business better than me so what makes them think they can help me? It’s the same as a consultants and they’re like Accountants and Lawyers they all charge like wounded bulls!! These are questions and statements I often hear, let me try and address these and give you an idea of how I can help and how much it will cost you for that help.
Firstly you are the expert in your business, my role is not to take over the operation of your business, I am not the expert in your business, what I will do is offer a fresh set of eyes to any problems you may have and will offer advice on possible ways for you to go forward. How will I do this, firstly I am qualified in Business Management, Marketing and Sales and have been through the pleasure and pain of owning my own business; because of this I have a good understanding of the basic principals of running a successful business.
Most of you have heard the saying “… can’t see the wood for the trees” or ” ….. business owners need to work on their business not in it”; to me this is where, as a business development specialist I can add immense value. All too often business owners spend so much time in their business that they either don’t give themselves the time to effectively run the business or they don’t have the inclination to periodically sit back and take a look at what the business is doing and where it is going. This is a perfectly natural place to find yourself as a business owner, why, because you do what you do because you are good at it and love doing it and ultimately everything else tends to come second place. As a business development speciaist I am in the enviable position of being able to look at the business from the outside and as a whole and will very quickly identify areas that need attention (if there are any).

Existing Business PackageThis package is designed to help identify areas requiring development for existing businesses, agree upon a suitable strategy going forward over a 3 month time period with no limit to the amount of time spent on your business during that 3 month period for a fixed price of $2500.00 |
New Business Start UpThis package is designed to help new business owners look at their marketing and sales strategies on the lead up to launching their business and also providing any support over the first 3 months for a fixed price of $1495.00 |
Sales Training CourseThis package covers 7 sales training modules, each no more than 1 hour in length and designed to be held in your work place. Designed for up to 10 employees, each module can be organised around your business commitments for a fixed price of$1569.00 |
Management Training CourseThis package is designed for business owners or their managers / supervisors. The aim of these 12 modules is to give a greater understanding of the basic management principals to ensure your business is run with the utmost efficiency. Each module is designed for up to 10 employees and lasts no more than 1 hour and can be organised around your business commitments for a fixed price of $2820.00 |
Marketing Training CourseThis course is designed for business owners or their managers to give them a better understanding of the principals of marketing and how they can be related to the operation of the business. There are 6 modules designed to last no more than 1 hour and can be organised around your business commitments for a fixed price of $1755.00 |
