Analysing – Before any work begins, research is done on your business (structure, operation, goals) and on the competition that your business faces to understand what messages they are putting out into the market place.  This gives me a greater insight into your business environment.

Prioritising - In conjunction with you we prioritise the order of the areas that need to be addressed and set realistic goals with time lines.

Realising -  Regular meeting are held over an agreed time line ensuring your business keeps on track and ensures your goals are being reached.

Inevitably every customer is different which means every situation is looked on with a fresh set of eyes and every solution is tailor made to that situation.

Packages

General Business Development

As well as providing business development & training packages I also work on an hour to hour basis, especially for providing in house training, providing ongoing Mentoring to ensure your business stays on track to reach it’s goals and a variety of other small services that will enhance your business.   My standard charge is $120.00 per hour

Existing Business Package

This package is designed to help identify areas requiring development for existing businesses, agree upon a suitable strategy going forward over a 3 month time period with no limit to the amount of time spent on your business during that 3 month period for a fixed price of $2500.00

New Business Start Up

This package is designed to help new business owners look at their marketing and sales strategies on the lead up to launching their business and also providing any support over the first 3 months for a fixed price of $1495.00

Sales Training Course

This package covers 7 sales training modules, each no more than 1 hour in length and designed to be held in your work place.  Designed for up to 10 employees, each module can be organised around your business commitments for a fixed price of$1569.00

Management Training Course

This package is designed for business owners or their managers / supervisors.  The aim of these 12 modules is to give a greater understanding of the basic management principals to ensure your business is run with the utmost efficiency.  Each module is designed for up to 10 employees and lasts no more than 1 hour and can be organised around your business commitments for a fixed price of $2820.00
