These are just a number of client problems we regularly help with, to help improve your areas of concern within your business, we have four coaching packages each specialising in different areas of the business.  There is no such thing as a “quick fix” or a “silver bullet”, coaching new ways of doing things takes time and a lot of support to ensure the new skills are implemented into the business, our coaching is designed accordingly.

Strategic Business Planning

This package is designed to help businesses continue to grow and develop by taking a logical approach to planning that growth.  This process is designed to help you clarify where your business will be in the long term and give you the tools and disciplines to break that long term vision into a series of shorter term goals allowing you to focus on what needs to be done today.

Marketing Coaching Package

This package is designed to help business owners look at their marketing  strategies, help them develop effective marketing plans and show them how to better understand their customers & using that information to ensure any marketing plan helps meet the business’s overall strategic goals.

Management Coaching Package

This package is designed for business owners or their managers / supervisors. The aim of this coaching package is to identify areas that need to be developed within any management team then provide the training required with assignments to ensure the training is implemented into the day to day running of the business.

Sales Coaching Package

This package helps business owners or sales managers refine their sales processes and the sales abilities of their sales teams.  It will help to identify where the sales opportunities are for the business and will put effective plans in place to maximise the potential of these strategies to the business.
